Oracle, "Silver Lake" and "Mgx" want to buy 45% of "Tik Talk"
Oracle Companies, Silver Lake Management, and the investment company “MGX”, based in Abu Dhabi, hold investment talks in the US version of “Tek Tok”, and according to persons familiar with the discussions. One of the persons, who asked not to be identified during the discussion of unannounced information, said the Trump administration recently encouraged the company ‘MGX’ to join the non -Chinese owners’ alliance. “Oracle”, “Silver Lake” and “MgX” will acquire a share of about 15% for each of them in the new “Tiktok US” business, and investors can get a seat in the board of directors for each party, according to the persons who added that the talks are still going on and that the percentage of shares can change. These negotiations take place at a time when President Trump is paid to enter into an agreement under which a coalition of US investors are largely purchased on the “Tech Tech” operations in the United States of his Chinese owner, “Bite dance”. A coalition led by “Oracle” renews the attempt to obtain “Tik Talk” America, which did not receive spokesman for “Oracle”, “Silver Lake” and “Mgx” at requests for comment. There was also no immediate comments from the White House, ‘Talk Talk’ and ‘Bait Dance’. The CNBC channel published a report on these discussions earlier Thursday. “MGX” was founded in 2024 as a new entity of “Mubadala Investment” and the UAE Technology Bloc “G42” (G42). Since then, the company has invested in a number of prominent companies such as “Openai” and “Data Bricks”, and has also attracted investment partners in infrastructure and energy sectors. But it also played an important role in large transactions with a political character, as the fund contributes to the US “Stargit” project and similar plans for data centers in France.
