The President of the State Congress Deepak Badge described this action by ED as malicious. Ed officials said this action was done under the Money Laundry Prevention Act, which is related to the illegal income received from the liquor fraud. The attached properties include the plots, buildings, deposits in the bank accounts and the district conference’s office of Sukma, recorded in the name Harish Lakhma. Kavasi Lakhma was arrested on January 15, the Ed on December 28 attacked the residences of Kavasi Lakhma and his son Harish. Kavasi Lakhma was arrested on January 15 and since then he has been filed in the Raipur Central jail. A total of 21 people have been charged so far in the liquor fraud, and the ED has described Kavasi Lakhma as a prominent member of the beverage syndicate in his charge magazine. A total of 21 people were charged in this liquor fraud during the tenure of the previous congressional government in the ED investigation.
