Joint trial of Salman and other stars in deer hunting case in Jodhpur on July 28, the High Court's fixed date

The legal action related to actor Salman Khan in the Black Deer Hunting Case is once again in the news. There was an important trial in the Rajasthan High Court on this matter on Wednesday. The hearing was held on the appeal filed by the government against the acquittal of actors Saif Ali Khan, actresses Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre by the lower court. The state government has called on the Supreme Court which contests the order to release these stars. The case was heard by a single bank of Justice Manoj Kumar Garg. During the hearing, the lawyers demanded before the court that the appeal filed against Salman Khan’s sentence was also transferred to the Supreme Court, so that both the appeal should be heard at the same time. The court accepted this request. Now a joint trial of all appeal cases related to Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan and other stars will be held on July 28. It is noteworthy that these stars hunted two black deer during the recording of the film Hum Saath Saath Hain. For which Jodhpur police registered a case against Salman Khan and others in 1998. This case of deer is registered by the Bishnoi community. Matters are registered in three different places against Salman Khan for the hunting and holding license of the license.
