M 4.9 Earthquake Rocks Larantuka NTT, Centered at sea

Djakarta – An earthquake measuring at magnitude (M) 4.9 shook Larantuka, East Flores regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). This earthquake is reported to have occurred at 23.16 WIB. The coordinates for the earthquake were at 7.34 south latitude and 122.28 east longitude. “This information prioritizes speed, so the data processing results are not yet stable and may change as the data is complete,” BMKG wrote.
