Macrotech developers accuse the home of Abhinandan Lodha of forgery

The resolution has the signature of Ashwani Kumar, an independent director in the Macrotech board, and the former chairman and managing director (CMD) of Dena Bank. However, the signature does not match Kumar’s rights sign, the broker said.
