Madhya Pradesh: Figure on loan of Rs 4 Lakh in Morena, panic spread in the area
Morena, September 21 (IANS). A violent incident of shooting between two opposing groups took place on Sunday in the Mata Vasaya police station in the Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. It is told that this incident occurred as a result of controversy over the old loan of Rs 4 Lakh. This incident, which lasted about an hour, is much concerned among the people and a video of this incident becomes on social media, in which both sides are seen. According to police resources, the collision occurred in Nake Village, where one group of Rs 4 lakh lent to another group. Stress has stressed for a few weeks to ask for money back. At around 7am, both groups brought weapons and started shooting at each other in broad daylight, which panicked the residents. Eyewitnesses said there were bullets and that people were running to save their lives. The stores in the area were closed and many people were locked in homes for fear of violence. The viral video sees that members of both groups are now shooting, causing serious concerns about the availability of illegal weapons and the poor legislation and ordinary situation. However, despite the shooting, no casualties were reported. Local police officers said the case was being investigated. A senior official of the Mata Vasaya police station said: “We are investigating the video material and take on the explanations of the people. Strict action will be taken against those who disturb public peace.” The incident joined the increasing list of violent clashes in the Morena district. A few weeks ago, nine people were injured in a separate financial dispute in Jorah’s Pachbigha area. The repetition of such incidents claimed an improvement in the strict legislation and dispute resolution system against illegal weapons. Police have called on the people to provide information and assure that the identity of those who give information will be kept secret.
