Madhya Pradesh: 'Mini Brazil' people congratulate people with the completion of 11 years of Modi government

Shahdol, June 8 (IANS). Vicharpur Village of Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh is known as ‘Mini Brazil’. Every resident of the town is obsessed with football. The town received international recognition after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit in July 2023. After completing 11 years of Modi government, people appreciated and congratulated him on his functioning. The special thing about the village of Vicharpur is that everyone from children to the elderly has a passion for football. Many women and male players from the town played at national level. National player Shashank Dahiya, who is remembered about the meeting with the Prime Minister, said: “We talked to Premier Modi about our most important sports football. We told us that there were two-three players from every home in our town.” He thanks all the schemes run by the Prime Minister to gain the benefit. The special thing is that even the young children have shown a deep attachment to the prime minister. Some small players have even said that the country needs such a prime minister even in the future that can acknowledge sports and players. On the occasion of the 11 -year term of PM’s year, the players of Vicharpur express gratitude for his contribution and support. During his visit, Prime Minister Modi met many talented players from Vicharpur and was so impressed with his sportsmanship that recently called “Mini Brazil” in an interview with an American podcaster. Village players still proudly remember the historical moment of the Premier Modi. He says because of Modi Ji, our town today has a new identity in the country and abroad. Football coach and national player Lakshmi Sis told the Ians news agency: “We only heard Prime Minister modes, but when he came among us, it felt like someone was a member of his family. The easy, simple and inspirational personality of the prime minister made a great enthusiasm for the players.” The attachment of PM Modi’s attachment to Shahdol can be understood from time to time. In March this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi referred to the town during a conversation with American Podcaster Lex Fridman and the soccer tradition here.
