The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Pmay) realized that the dreams of millions of people across the country and its widespread impact are also seen in the Sheopur district of Madhya Pradesh. Under this scheme, Pucca houses are provided to poor and needy families, thereby there is a positive change in their lives. Many sheopur beneficiaries expressed their happiness and gratitude to the scheme, which tells the story of the change in their lives. The Beneficiary Kalli Adivasi of the Sheopur district shared his happiness, ‘We are very pleased that we got our home under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. We had this housing about ten years ago. Earlier we had no fixed house and we lived in difficult circumstances, but we had our own home today, and it was a new direction of our lives. ” Similarly, another beneficiary Babu Lal said that this scheme also brought a major change to his life. He said: “Last year we found a Pucca house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Earlier we lived in a raw home earlier, where there was rain and other seasonal problems, but now we have our own Pucca house, in which we have a safe and happy life. We express their sincere gratitude for Premier Modi for this.” Babu Lal further said that the scheme made the dream of permanent housing, not only his family, but also many other families in the district. The scheme raised a new hope for poor families like us, who couldn’t fulfill their home dream earlier. Thousands of families have benefited from Sheopur from the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The scheme was launched to provide affordable and Pucca houses to poor families in rural and urban areas.
