Food makes delicious beetdosa at home! Ingredients 1 cup rice, half a cup of urad dal, 1 small piece of beets, salt by taste, oil or ghee. First, were rice and Urad valley thoroughly. Soak them in a vessel for 4-5 hours now. Peel a small beet, cut into small pieces. If you want, you can also grate it. Remove the soaked rice and lentils from the water after 4-5 hours and place it in the mix machine. Now add chopped beets and a little water and grind it well. Take out the ground paste in a large pot. Add salt to taste and mix well. Keep this batter covered for 7-8 hours or overnight. After 7-8 hours, the batter will swell slightly and bubbles will start to appear in it. If the batter looks very thick, then add water and make it the right consistency for the dosa. Heat a non -stick roster or dosa tava. If the grill is warm, apply a little oil or ghee to it and wipe it off with a tissue paper. Fill a spoon and take the batter and place it in the middle of the hot pan. Spread the batter in a round shape while turning the spoon. Put a little oil or ghee on the edges of the dosa and cook it until golden and crispy. If the dosa is cooked, fold it up and serve warm with coconut sauce, sambar or any chutney of your choice.
