According to a complaint filed by a female resident of Sector 102, the incident happened on March 10 when she went to a club in Sector 40 with her husband. The woman said she was dancing on the dance floor. On the dance floor, 4 people started performing with the woman during the dance dance. The woman said the accused not only assaulted her but also molested her. Officials said a fir was registered against four unidentified persons at the Sector 40 police station here in terms of section 323, 354, 34 of the Indian Criminal Act (IPC) at the 40 police station here based on the woman’s complaint.
