West Bengal police arrested a man in the South-24 Parganas district on Saturday after he was found to have walked around with the cut off of his sister-in-law, police said. According to the report, which a senior police officer quoted, the man in Bharatgarh was arrested in the Basanti area of the district on the suspicion that he had killed his sister-in-law.
