Man who hugs and kisses primary school girl in Makassar arrested by police, claims he is excited

Makassar – A man with the initials F (42) in Makassar City, South Sulawesi (Sulsel), was arrested by the police for alleged harassment. He is known for hugging and kissing elementary school students. Biringkanaya Police Chief AKP Andik Wahyu said the perpetrator was arrested on Friday (17/10) around 13.20 WITA in the vicinity of one of the primary schools in Biringkanaya District. The police who received the report immediately moved to the spot. “There was information that an obscenity suspect was detained at a primary school, so the Biringkanaya police function demonstration came to (the place),” Andik said as reported by detikSulsel, Friday (17/10/2025). As a result of the initial examination, F admitted that he hugged and kissed the primary school student because he felt distressed and reasoned that he did not have children after marriage. “At that time I was walking and passed by this girl because the child was cute and dear. I immediately hugged her and kissed her twice on the cheek because during my marriage there were no children,” explained Andik, imitating F’s statement.
