The four militants were arrested from the districts of Thoubal and Bishnupur and one of them was identified as Moirangthem Mohan Singh alias Pari. Weapon and ammunition have been restored to him. Meanwhile, Rifleman Mohammad Wahidur Rehman was arrested on Friday in the District of Imhal West. 544 capsules of banned drugs were recovered from him. Two drug smugglers were also arrested from the Khergao Awang Leikai area in the East Imhal district. Three kilograms of heroin have been restored to their possession.
