The outbreak of heat in Rajasthan is constantly increasing, especially in the west of Rajasthan where the temperature crossed 45 degrees Celsius. Not only the ordinary people, but also the advocates are very upset about this burning heat. Similarly, the Rajasthan High Court Advocates Association at Jodhpur demanded that advocates be released during the months of May and June to wear compulsory black coats. The meeting of the Rajasthan High Court Advocate Association, Jodhpur, was held chaired by trade union president Ratanaram Tholia. General Secretary Shivlal Barwad said it was unanimously decided at the meeting that there was currently a scorching heat in western Rajasthan, including Jodhpur. In such a situation, the Association sent a report to the Registrar -General of the Supreme Court in Rajasthan and Jodhpur’s district and sitting judge. Advocates are being released from the need to wear black coats to appear in court during the months of May and June. It has also been requested to expand this release by July, so that the advocates can get relief from diseases caused by heat and heat.
