During the trial of 16 complaints associated with the Mahagun group, it was revealed that the company uploaded a simple drawing of electrical installation on the Rera portal and offered it as electric NOC. This act was regarded as misleading behavior. Despite already warning, all cases were sent to the authority for criminal action in terms of section 63 if there is no improvement. 9 complaints against Mahalakshmi Group found that the company did not issue allocation letters given to buyers in the format prescribed by the government. As it is a direct violation of Article 13, cases were sent under section 61 for criminal action. Likewise, SJP hotels and resorts pvt. Ltd., PanchSheel Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and Gaudsons Realech Pvt. Ltd. -Action was also done against the issue of documents in wrong format or to disregard orders. Mahalakshmi infrahoms pvt. Ltd.
