No wonder, with these models, Maruti Suzuki shows the intention of making safer cars for India and throwing a challenge for opponents like Tata Motors and Mahindra -two of the car manufacturers who earned a lot of praise for making safe cars that have five star ratings in the global NCAP and Bharat NCAP accident tests. Here is a quick look at the three Maruti Suzuki cars that achieved five-star safety assessments in Bharat NCAP (BNCAP) analysis tests. Maruti Suzuki Dzire The Maruti Suzuki Dzire is a very popular model in the Indian passenger vehicle market. The current generation of Dzire launched last year has had a significantly updated design and a number of luxury features, increasing its attraction drastically from the previous generation model. At the front of the driver, it uses the same engine as the current generation of Maruti Suzuki Swift. The sedan became the first Maruti Suzuki car to achieve five-star ratings from the Global NCAP (GNCAP) as well as Bharat NCAP (BNCAP). During the Bharat NCAP accident test, in the adult protection (AOP) category, the sedan scored 29.46 points out of 32, while in the Child Incons Protection (COP) category 41.57 points out of 49. Maruti Suzuki Victoris Maruti Victoris is the youngest SUV of the car. The flagship model was introduced in the brand’s arena product range. This middle -sized SUV competes with opponents like the Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta. The SUV was placed between the Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Grand Vitara, in terms of prices. The SUV is equipped with a wide range of advanced technology evaluation. On the prominent front, it gets hybrid technology that further increases its attraction. In the BNCAP crash test, the Victoris scored 31,66 points out of 32 in the adult protection category (Aop) and 43 points out of 49 in the Child Conting (COP) category. Maruti Suzuki Invicto The Maruti Suzuki Invicto is the flagship model of the car manufacturer, which was introduced as a restarted version of the Toyota Innova Hykcross, as part of the global partnership between Toyota and Suzuki to share models and technology. The Maruti Suzuki Invicto is the latest model of the car manufacturer who received a five-star security rating in Bharat NCAP accident test. The MPV scored 30.43 points out of 32 in the adult protection category (AOP). In the Child Incons Protectant (COP) category, the MPV scored 45 points out of 49.
