According to police spokesman Abdul Fatah Faiz, attempts are to identify illegal weapons and arrest. On August 26, during the campaign, Kapisa police seized seven AK-47 rifles, pistols, projectile and hundreds of bullets. Police have warned that no one has the right to keep or carry weapons illegally. On August 22, security forces also performed in the Musk Kala district of Helmand Province and got 14 pistols and a dozen magazines.
