He said that the Cipinang Depok River flows until “Yes, this is an activity that we hope can continue to be implemented, at least for this section of the Cipinang River, we have started with all existing components from Depok to Jakarta,” Hanif told journalists on Sunday (19/10). “Of course there are still many improvements in our handling patterns. But what is important is that with each activity we will surely find new points in the steps to accelerate the completion of waste removal in rivers that contribute quite a lot to affect marine plastic which is our number two in the world, yes. One of them comes from these rivers,” he added. Hanif said that these efforts are still carried out in the form of educational, persuasive and repressive measures. It is therefore able to manage a 33 kilometer long river that is no longer polluted by rubbish. “We will continue to carry out these efforts, whether it is educational, persuasive, and if it is necessary to be repressive, we will also do that. So, in this way, we should be able to revive the management of this river, at least the river is only 33 km long,” he said. (idn/idn)
