Jharkhand Health Minister Dr Irfan Ansari strongly opposed the recently proposed three new bills on the constitutional amendments by the central government. He said that the prime minister, chief minister, ministers, MPs and MAs are projected by these bills to remove them from their posts, which are against the spirit of democracy and constitution. Dr. Ansari says that these bills will harm the basic structure of democracy and the dignity of the legislature. He insisted that such efforts be made to break the morale of the public representatives. According to him, the public in the democratic system chooses its representatives and must be the decision to remove it directly in the hands of the public. The Minister of Health also said that these bills would force public representatives to function amid instability and pressure, which could affect administrative and policy decisions. He said that such a step would not only reduce the dignity of the legislature but also affect the public’s confidence. Dr. Ansari called on the central government to immediately withdraw these bills and to take care of democratic values and honor of institutions. He said that this bill is a kind of threat to the opposition and all constitutional positions and that it would be a serious challenge to democracy. Experts believe that there is a need for extensive debates and review on these bills. He also said that the adoption of such laws in the democratic system without widespread public opinion and parliamentary discussion can be constitutional and politically controversial. Political analysts believe that opposition from leaders such as the Minister of Health of Jharkhand can more strengthen and make the debate between the people and political parties comprehensive. This issue will not only be limited to Jharkhand, but can become the center of active debate throughout the country from constitutional and democratic point of view. This opposition of Dr. Irfan Ansari shows that differences on constitutional amendments between the state government and the central government can continuously continue. He says in democracy, public representatives must have the right to function fairly and independently during their term, and it should not be influenced by any kind of legislative amendment. In general, Dr. Jharkhand Health Minister Irfan Ansari is trying to increase the pressure on the central government by calling these three constitutional amendments to democracy. He also called on public and opposition parties to be careful and aware of this issue. Share this story -tags
