The Ball Council of India (BCI) has banned the establishment of new legal colleges across the country for three years. The bar council took this step to prevent the decline in quality in different fields of legal training. The Barier Council is of the opinion that the proof of the ongoing decline in the quality of legal training is to deliver uncontrolled increase in institutions at the inferior level, to issue no consecutive certificates in the routine by state governments and to deliver affiliation without proper inspection by universities. The new colleges will not open the next three years. The steps to prohibit three years at the establishment of new legal colleges were also taken to prevent the ongoing lack of legal training, comprehensive misconduct on the educational and ongoing shortage of qualified faculty. No new Center for Education Education will be erected or approved during the three -year ban period. Apart from this, no existing Law Education Center can start a section, course or group without pre -written approval of BCI. However, the pending applications that did not receive final approval until the start date will not affect it, and they will be done by law. The decision to improve the quality of the Legal College BCI believes that there are sufficient number of legal education centers in the country and is now focusing on increasing their quality. Therefore, universities, state governments, central government institutions and other institutions are advised not to submit or propose proposals to introduce new centers for upright during this restriction period. BSI BCI will inspect the existing colleges and say that it expects full cooperation from all stakeholders to maintain the objectives of BCI regulations. During the adjournment period, the BCI will strengthen the inspection of existing colleges and will have the right to close their recognition or cancel that failed colleges do not maintain standards. The BCI approved the by -law in this regard and approved it. Even in the adjournment period, some exemptions were given to social and educational backward classes, scheduled role players, scheduled tribes and economically weaker divisions that offer some releases to institutions that provide special services.
