Mumbai, September 20 (IANS). A case of rape of a 16 -year -old girl came to light in Mumbai. The incident occurred in the Dindoshi area in Mumbai, where a 19 -year -old man performed the incident. Dindoshi police immediately arrested the accused and produced him in court on Saturday. Right now, the accused was sent to a 2 -day police custody. The victim is a student of Class 11. Along with studies, she worked as Najuwery in a neighborhood store in her spare time. The 19 -year -old accused who worked there was also out of the same area. The two knew each other, but no one had an idea that the same knowledge would one day turn into a black shadow. One day the accused saw the opportunity and took advantage of the loneliness and raped the girl. A few days later, the girl realized that she was pregnant. For fear, he told the family this thing. The parents immediately reached the Dindoshi police station and brought a case against the incident with their daughter. A case was registered under sections 65 (1) and 88 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS), as well as under the POXO Act. During the police investigation, the accused’s location was detected and arrested. The Dindoshi police officer said the accused and the victim were residents of the same area, so it was easy to gather evidence. During the court appearance on Saturday, the judge sent the accused after 2 days police supervision, so that there could be a thorough interrogation.
