Food Safety Officer Mukesh Kashyap said hotels, restaurants and institutions were being monitored to provide quality food items to the dedication that came to Bodh Gaya. The complaint was attacked in eight companies. Four stores were seized on 20 kg of cheese and 20 pieces of sweets. Tell that the investigation was conducted in Sudha Milk Salon located at Domuhan Turn. Cheese samples were taken from here. Aradhya Heritage Hotel Pvt. Therefore, cheese and chilli powder, Paner of Buddha Salt Hotel in Baiju Vigaha Mor, Doda and Chena Miti of Gokul Sweets of Dumuhan Mor, Khowa with Magadh Tasty Sweets, Peda and Laddoo of Shalimar Sweet, Pedad and Laddus, New Taradih Mor Drus Bakers and Shakes, of Nigmine. Monsters of Mitra Masala and Blap Peepar were taken from the establishment of the Messrs Hotel Taj Darbar. All the samples will be investigated in the effort.
