MK today holds decisions about 5 lawsuits of the TNI law
Jakarta – The Constitutional Court (MK) is holding a legal session against the newly ratified TNI Act. There are five lawsuits whose decisions will be read today. Judging by the constitutional court grounds, Wednesday (5/17/2025), the decision of the lawsuit of the Act number 3 of 2025 regarding the amendment of the Act number 34/2024 regarding the Indonesian National Army (TNI) was held at 13.30. Muhammad Bagir-Shadr-Xxiiii/2025 by Muhammad, Bagir Shadr-Xxiiiii/2025 presented by Muhammad, Bagir Shadr, by Muhammad. 5. Case Number 45/Puu-Xxiii/2025 proposed by Kelvin octariano. The five lawsuits essentially asked the Constitutional Court to cancel the Act 3 of 2025. The applicants asked the Constitutional Court to decide that the TNI Act would be fully valid. In addition to the ruling of the lawsuit against the TNI Act, the Constitutional Court will read the ruling against 18 other lawsuits.
