Modi government approved a gift of 1.20 Lakh Crores, DA-Dr, MSP and New KVs

(Lying Photo: Pti) New -Delhi: The Union Cabinet has given a Diwali gift chaired by Premier Narendra Modi. In this meeting held under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, important decisions of a total of Rs 1.20 Lakh Crore were made. Give great relief to government officials and pensioners, there was a 3% increase in the loved one (DA) and inflation relief (DR). This decision applies from 1 July 2025. It will directly benefit 49 Lakh employees and 69 Lakh pensioners. The Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Ashwini Vaishnav, provided information on these big decisions in Delhi. There is also good news for farmers. The government has announced an increase in the minimum support price (MSP). It was decided to work on high quality seeds and entire value chains to promote the production of pulses. A big decision was also made in the field of education. 57 New Kendriya Vidyalayas will be opened across the country. Currently, 14 LakH students are studying in 1288 Kendriya Vidyalayas. With the opening of new schools, millions of children will receive affordable and high quality education. Let us tell you extensively about today’s decisions about the Union Cabinet. 1. Relief for employees and pensioners, 3% increase in DA and Dr has approved the 3% increase in the allowance (DA) and inflation relief (DR). This increase applies from 1 July 2025 and will increase from 55% to 58%. This decision will benefit from 49.19 Lakh central employees and 68.72 Lakh pensioners. The government will cost about Rs 10.083 crore annually. 2.. The 4-lane-freeway Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) to be built at a cost of 6.957 Crores in Assam, approved the Kalibor-Numaligarh division (NH-715) in Assam to 4 jobs. The 85.67 km long project will create an increased 34.5 km course, so that the wildlife of Kaziranga National Park can safely cross the road. Apart from this, there will also be 21 km of 30 km. The project will gain momentum for tourism, industrial and regional economy and about 35 lakh human day employment is generated. 3. To strengthen education, 57 new Kendriya Vidyalayas opened over 57 new Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) across the country. It will cost about Rs 5,862 crore in 9 years. The new KVs will also include the first time before the primary stage. Of these schools, 86,640 students will get direct benefits and 4.617 permanent jobs. There are currently 1,288 kVs working in the country, in which 13.62 Lakh students study. 4. Saugat for farmers MSP increase in MSP increased the minimum support price (MSP) of all mandatory Rabi crops for 2026-27 marketing season. The highest increase – 600 rupees/quintal lentils (lantil) in sunflower – Rs 300/quintal mustard/rye – 250 rupees/quintal grams – 225 rupees/quintal barley – Rs 170/quintal wheat – 160 rupee/quintal 5. Self -confidence in Pulse by self. Aatmanirbharta in Pulse ‘has been approved. This mission runs from 2025-26 to 2030-31 and its purpose is to eliminate the dependence on the import of pulses. Among these: 126 Lakh -Quintal -certified seeds will be distributed, pulses will be grown at 35 lakh hectare, 1,000 processing units are made, NAFAD and NCCF will buy 100% pulses from farmers. The target is to make the production of pulses up to 350 lakh ton by 2030-31. 6. The next phase of the Biomedical Research Program approved by the Cabinet approved the Cabinet the Biomedical Research Career Program (BRCP) Phase III. This program runs from 2025-26 to 2030-31 and it costs Rs 1.500 crore. In this, the Government of India (DBT) and the Welcome Trust of Britain will work together.
