In such a situation, you must complain immediately. Complaint in RBI, if the person on the front refuses to return the money, you can help the RBI (Reserve Bank of India). For this: Call toll -free number 1800 120 1740. Or go to the RBI website and submit a complaint. While complaining, you must provide full details of transactions such as the money, date, time, transaction –id and in which account. Contact the payment program for the payment program, you can also file a complaint with the customer service. For this: Go to the assistance section of the app, ‘wrong transaction’ or ‘money sent to a wrong account’, choose option. Put the related transaction -id and file a complaint. Can also file a complaint in NPCI. Go to the official NPCI website, select “Register a Complaint” option. Fill in all the details regarding transactions and file a complaint. The soon the complaint must be filed, the better the complaint, the better UPI transactions are in real time, so if you accidentally send money to another account, the sooner you will file the complaint, the sooner you get the money.
