Waka MPR encourages collaboration between different parties to overcome the impact of global conflict

Jakarta – Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian MPR Lestari Moerdijat (Rerie) encouraged various parties to work together to answer challenges as a result of the impact of global conflict. This was transferred when he opened an online discussion with the theme of the prospect of Russia-Kraine Peace and its impact on Indonesia held by the Denpasar discussion forum 12. “The impact of world conflict on a number of sectors must be a shared concern to be overcome immediately with different efforts to realize peace in an area that can support national growth,” Rerie said in his statement on Wednesday (27/8/2025). According to Rerie, the Ukraine Russian conflict has a direct influence on the economy of countries in the region and the world, including Indonesia.
