The accused was identified as Naseeb in Singh of Up Lakhipur Kheri, Sandeep of Punjab Mohali and Inner Singh alias Indru of Kasol in Himachal Pradesh. According to the Deputy Commissioner of Crime Branch Apoorva Gupta, Asi Yogendra received a secret information that Naseeb came to Majnu’s hill with his partner Sandeep. On secret information, the team attacked the Hotel Maharaja, Old Market, Timarpur, and both arrested. 1438 grams of Charas were recovered from his possession. In his place, his home was arrested. 696 grams of Charas was recovered during the home search. During interrogation, Naseeb said he had cultivated Charas in the fields of in Singh. Subsequently, Sandeep took off in its taxi to smuggle in Delhi and NCR. At the same time, Charas used Charas in the hills of the town of Chalal by Naseeb.
