Kemnaker Sampoerna provides training of workers affected by business in pasuruan
Jakarta – The Manpower Ministry has launched a discharge care program at Sampoerne Entrepreneurship Training Center (SETC) Pasuruan, East Java, Friday (8/8). This program is a collaboration between the government and the business world to provide solutions to workers affected by discharge. Minister of Manpower Yassierli emphasized that the care of dismissal is a strategic intervention of the government to open new hope and opportunities for workers/laborers who lose their jobs. “It is a form of strategic intervention, so that employees/laborers affected do not fall into economic uncertainty. We are trying to provide new hope and opportunities,” Yassierli said in a written statement on Saturday (9/8/2025). The JKP program is designed to ensure that the rights of workers/laborers remain fulfilled through the benefits of cash, access to job market information and job training to accelerate job placement again. Yassierli said that the discharge -giving activities in Pasuruan were thoroughly designed with three main integrated agendas. First, entrepreneurship training attended by 200 workers/laborers affected by dismissal. For two days, the participants were equipped with technical skills through a stir and recognition program, and he received practical motivation and knowledge to create independent businesses. The training also offers successful MSMEs as speakers, so participants can interact directly with each other and learn from real experience in the business world. As a follow -up –up gets as many as 25 best participants business aid for one month after training. Furthermore, the family planning service program (KB) is at work. This second agenda is a collaboration between the Ministry of Manpower, BKKBN and PT HM Sampoern TBK, which aim to improve the well -being and protection of the reproductive health of workers/laborers. This step is considered strategic because it affects improving the quality of life and productivity of the long term. Then the third agenda focuses on aspects of industrial relations through the launch of the book “Application of industrial relationships of Pancasila based on the Falishap of Three Hands”. The book is compiled as a practical guide for businesses in building harmonious and sustainable working relationships by emphasizing the values of mutual cooperation, partnership and social justice according to Pancasila philosophy. Yassierli also emphasizes the importance of Cross -Sector cooperation in supporting the resilience of labor amid the labor dynamics. He also appreciated PT HM Sampoern TBK, BPJS Employment, and BKKBN for full support for this activity. “I hope the spirit of cooperation will be an example that can be replicated by companies and local governments in Indonesia,” he concluded.
