Mumbai: Instructions to perform operation in search of Rohingya and Bangladeshi Hawkers

Mumbai, October 15 (IANS). A Janata Darbar (Public Grief Meeting) was organized at the BMC office in Goregaon on Wednesday chaired by Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha. Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha said it is a platform provided to citizens who are upset by everyday problems such as illegal construction, traffic jams, falcons, waste management and sewage to register their complaints. Mla Vidya Thakur was also present on this occasion. More than 200 complaints were submitted individually by the citizens during this period, and immediate steps were taken to resolve many of them on the spot. Important issues raised by the citizens were illegal construction, along the road, traffic jams, sewage water and solid waste management. The minister said the most important issues raised by citizens include illegal construction, street vendors along the way, traffic jams, sewage water and solid waste management. In light of the inconvenience caused by the residents due to the illegal lodge business in Goregaon, the minister directed the establishment of a special committee to act quickly in the case. He also instructed the police administration to perform search operations to identify and act against them in the local area Rohingya and Bangladesh street vendors. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, such Janta Darbars were arranged in each section of Mumbai to ensure that the Citizens’ complaints reached directly the ministers and resolved on priority base. Cabinet minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha said that providing fast and effective solutions to the problems of mumbaicars is our top priority.
