Mumbai: There will be no strict action about loudspeakers to Bakrid in Mosques- Abu Azmi

Mumbai, June 5 (IANS). The Samajwadi -Party Maharashtra Pradesh, president and Mla Abu Asim Azmi, launched a startling attack on the issue of loudspeakers and Bangalore Stampede in Mosques. Referring to his recent meeting with the Mumbai Police Commissioner, he said that there would be no strict action in the mosques over speakers. Azmi said the commissioner made clear that there was pressure on the orders of the government and the court, but that the actions of the removal of speakers were postponed at the moment. He repeated the Samajwadi party’s position on this issue, saying that his party respects religious sentiments and will claim a proper solution in this matter. Abu Azmi strongly condemned the Stampede incident during the celebration after the RCB victory in Bangalore and killed 11 people. He describes it as a failure of the government and said management should take strictly where the crowd collects. With the example of Kumbh Mela in Uttar Pradesh, he said that millions of people attended there, but the government made it a chance to take credit for management, while the incident was ignored under a conspiracy. Azmi knocked out during the Bengaluru accident, saying that people like the chief minister and governor welcomed the players at Chinnaswamy Stadium, but no attention is to the management of the crowd. With the example of the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, he said that the crowd management who did at Kumbh Mela is a unique example, where the people who attended and no major accident happened except just a well -planned incident.
