Murderer and rapist of boy in North Jakarta admits regret, cries when examined

The offender has now been designated as a child in conflict with the law (ABH). Onkoseno said that his party prioritizes the juvenile justice system because the offender is still a minor. Lure to Buy Clothes Onkoseno explained that the offender lured the victim to buy clothes. At that point, the victim was first invited to the offender’s house with the alibi of taking his driver’s license. “The victim was therefore invited to the perpetrator’s house to buy clothes. The victim was therefore invited by the perpetrator to buy clothes,” Onkoseno said on Tuesday (14/10). When he arrived home, the perpetrator immediately suffocated the victim. The perpetrator also tied the victim with cables so that he could not breathe. “After the victim joined in, the victim was immediately gagged and tied with cables so that he could not breathe,” he explained. The offender immediately committed indecent acts towards the victim.
