The police have registered the case and started investigation and are looking for the thieves. 125 cylinders were stolen by breaking the lock of the gas agency warehouse in Kathaiya. Last night, thieves broke the lock of the warehouse at Shiv Sagar Indian Gas Agency located at Bankat Chowk in Kathaiya Police Station area and stole 125 empty cylinders. Agency owner Kumar Pawan Payod came to know about the incident when the truck with gas arrived. The agency owner complained to the police station about the incident. Police station chief Omprakash Priya said the police have started investigation. On the other hand, thieves targeted the house of an Asha worker in ward number five of Nagar Panchayat of Baruraj police station area. In this incident, thieves stole Rs 30,000 in cash, gold and silver jewelery from Godrej and property worth around Rs 10 lakh. It is said that the housewife was sleeping with her family at the time of the incident. Late at night, the thieves entered the house by opening the door latch. The thieves stole jewelery and cash kept in a bag in the almirah. The housewife found out about the theft when she woke up in the middle of the night and saw the belongings scattered.
