Muzani emphasized that the government is not a blind eye for the MBG issue
Jakarta -Chairman of the Gerindra Party -Board, Ahmad Muzani, asked larger Indonesian women (Pira) cadres to support President Prabowo Subianto’s government program. Muzani said the government is currently focusing on the free nutritional meal (MBG) program. Muzani transferred it while attending the Pira National Conference in Jakarta Friday (10/10/2025). Muzani said MBG has noble values aimed at creating majority and quality human resources. “MBG not only improves feeding our next generation. MBG has noble values so that Indonesian human resources are quality and competitive. Then MBG can also increase economic enthusiasm in the regions and reduce the burden on BPJs in the future because our children will be healthier,” Muzani said. Browse to continue the content, Muzani assured that the government would not close its eyes and would continue to look for solutions to the MBG problem. Although, he said, there are still obstacles in the MBG process. “There are several records and the government does not cover it. The government will continue to solve every problem in the field. Currently, many students and Islamic boarding students feel helped by this program. Imagine those who never had breakfast on their way to school, and now they enjoy this nutritious food,” he explained. “Then there are many mothers in towns in the villages that do not work, but because of MBG they now have an income. The food stalls are busy, the vegetable sellers are in demand, because many of them meet the needs of MBG. Of course, this has good consequences for the regional economy,” continued Muzani. Furthermore, Muzani said the government also focuses on the People’s School and Garuda school programs, including self-sufficiency. He also asked Pira to continue to innovate and be creative for the benefit of the country. “Pira, from the past to now, has always inspired many things in the party’s decisions. Pira has become the eyes and ears of Gerindra and President Prabowo subianto. Pira must continue to provide innovation for the interests and progress of the Indonesian people,” he said. (AMW/RFS)
