Nanny Tells Mom She’s Going To Wake Up Toddler-Then She Checks the Baby Cam – ryan
A mom from Rhode Island has shared footage of her son’s hilarious reaction to being woken up from his nap.
Ashley Iaconetti Haibon (@ashley_iaconetti) posted a reel on Instagram from baby monitor camera footage where viewers can hear 3-year-old Dawson being serenaded by the family’s nanny.
The song of choice was a sweet rendition of Lionel Ritche’s “Hello (Is It Me You’re Looking For?) as featured on the “Trolls” soundtrack – one of Dawson’s favorites.

But this time, Dawson wasn’t in the mood for a musical number. Upon hearing his nanny singing, he rolls over and throws his sippy cup in protest. After that, the text overlay appears and reads: “He is all of us.”
“He actually went through a phase a few months ago where every time he was done with his milk at night, he would throw the sippy cup out of his bed, just being like, I’m done, and it was very funny,” the mom of two told Newsweek.
The family’s nanny, who has been with them for over two years, is what Haibon described as a “Disney character nanny” waking Dawson by singing. “She’s so sweet and perfect and… she’s been with Dawson for a significant part of most of his life,” she added.
Haibon and her sister got the most laughs out of the footage. “My sister watches the baby cam like it’s a movie,” she explained. “Because you can rewind the footage, she’ll go back and watch our goodnight process with him just because she’s obsessed with Dawson.
“On this day she was like, ‘Wait till you see what he did.’ I watched it over and over again, but it got funnier with like every play. The third time I was cracking up.”
Haibon’s clip has gone viral on Instagram, amassing over 14.5 million views and causing hysterics online.
“I just laughed so hard! You are a vibe, Dawson!” one user wrote.
“My 3 year old this morning told me to go away she needed 5 more minutes lol!” another added.
A third commenter wrote, “May we all aspire to be as bothered and immediately unbothered as Dawson.”
Despite the sippy cup throwing, Haibon told Newsweek that Dawson is a gentle boy to his core.
“He’s just the most adorable, sweet, kind thing,” she said. “He doesn’t normally throw things… basically the kid just loves to nap. For the most part, he’s the most loving and affectionate child.”
