New -delhi, October 9 (IANS). Nail is the center of our body, which is considered very important in Ayurveda. It is not only a small part in the middle of the stomach, but is the most important center of energy, digestion, hormones and spiritual peace of the body. If the child is in the mother’s womb, we only get nutrition and oxygen through the navel. Therefore, it is called Life Line and Life Center. According to Ayurveda, the navel is one of the 107 large marmma sites of the body, called Nabhi Marmma. This marmma sends life energy into the body and is linked to about 72,000 NADIs. Therefore, taking care of the navel has a positive effect on the entire body. The navel is related to the three doshas of the body – vase, Pitta and Kapha. If it remains balanced, the body remains healthy and the spirit remains calm. Nail helps to improve digestion, maintain hormonal balance, increase skin moisture and glow, provide spiritual peace and maintain flexibility in joints.
