Need to name this wiggly mess

We fostered him for a rescue and decided to keep him. He has a wonky foot but that doesn’t faze him at all. He’s constantly under foot and bouncing off everyone. He came with Tiburon but it doesn’t fit. Mostly I’ve been calling him Mr Tibbles!
