Neha Dhupia takes 21-day Health Challenge, participating anti-inflammation-drink recipe
Actress Neha Dhupia added another chapter to her fitness journey by taking up a 21-day health challenge aimed at reducing inflammation. The actor, who regularly shares well -being updates with her fans, revealed a special drink recommended by dietitian Richa Gangani as part of the routine. The challenge involves the consumption of a turmeric ginger nigella seed concoxy every day for three weeks. Neha announced it on Instagram and wrote: “21 days. One commitment. A healthier you.
