New -Delhi, September 26 (IANS). The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has drafted charges against another accused in another case of recommendation and forced the recovery of terrorist organizations in Jharkhand and the neighboring states. The case is related to the people’s liberation front of India (PLFI). Krishna Yadav Alias Krishna Mahato alias Sultan of the Ranchi district Jharkhand is the 7th accused in this case. In the third supplementary charge submitted to the Special Court of NIA in Ranchi on Friday, he was accused under various divisions of the IPC and RA (P) Act. The NIA itself registered the case in October 2023. During the investigation, it was found that Krishna, along with other members of PLFI, hatched a conspiracy to activate the organization. This organization is working on the government of India and is looking for forced recovery, charges of coal traders, carriers, railroad contractors, traders, etc. In Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. PLFI members also conspired to carry out various terrorist activities, such as murder, arson and violent attacks to spread panic among ordinary people, especially traders and contractors. Earlier in the year 2024, the NIA accused investments in Kumar alias Investment Poddar, Raman Kumar Sonu alias Sonu Pandit, Kapil Pathak, Vinod Munda, Neelambar gope alias Delga Alias Daral and Shiv Kumar Sahu alias Charku, three complaints under different parts of IPC, Arms (P), including two permission.
