New -Delhi, September 29 (IANS). The National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) special court at Ernakulam sentenced two accused to 8 years in prison in the Isis Kerala-Tamil Nadu case. This decision came in the case of the spread of the radical ideology of the terrorist organization and a conspiracy to push the youth on the path of terrorism. The names of the accused are Mohammad Azharuddin H and Sheikh Hidayatullah Y. The court convicted them of various divisions. The Special Court punished both the accused with sections 120B under sections 38 and 39 (RA (P) Act) of 8 years. In addition, a separate 8 years were sentenced in terms of Article 38 and Section 39. However, all the punishment will continue together. The case is related to the spread of violent and extremist ideology of ISIS. Mohammad Azharuddin and his co -workers conspired to introduce and recruit the youth for terrorist activities in South India, especially Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The NIA registered the case in 2019 to take note of automatic. Initially, an investigation against six people in this case was initiated, all of which were residents of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Interestingly, Azharuddin and Hidayatullah were also charged in the 2022 Coimbatore -Motor bomb blast. In this attack, his partner Jamisha Mubin came up with an ied (explosive equipment) after a suicide attack near the temple. The attack was carried out as the arrest of Azharuddin and for a long time to stay in jail. Investigation revealed that Azharuddin Jamisha and others formed in the violent ideology of ISIS through secret statements. Later, Hidayatullah, who came out on bail, also made Jamisha fanatical and inspired him to commit suicide attacks. Even while in prison, Azharuddin continued to meet the attacker and give him directions.
