According to the NIA investigation in the March 2025 case, the attack was carried out on the instructions of foreign masters. The accused identified this grenades as one of the four grenades he received on March 1, 2025. The accused further informed the investigators that he had assigned a grenade to the attackers two days before the attack on March 15.
