Nia seized the real estate of Tariq Ahmed Mir in Kashmir
New -Delhi, September 26 (IANS). The National Investigation Agency (NIA) seized the immovable property of a terrorist operation of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) on Friday. This operator was involved in the offer of weapon and ammunition to the active terrorists of the prohibited organization to promote terrorist activities in the Kashmir Valley. At the command of the NIA Special Court in Jammu, the agency confiscated the immovable property of Tariq Ahmed Mir. A charge sheet was filed on Tariq and was arrested in April 2025 in the RC-01/2020/NIA/JMU case. The property seized includes a floor house built on 780 square feet of land under survey number 82 meters in the Maldera Village of Shopian District and 8 Marla land under survey number 74 meters in the same town. This country is in the form of garden garden. Tariq, a partner of Hizbul Mujahideen Terroris Syed Naveed Mushtaq, was accused in October 2024 in the NIA Special Court, Jammu, under various divisions of IPC, Arms Act and UAPA.
