Bihar’s chief minister Nitish Kumar praised the prime minister, while addressing a large multitude during a rally, for giving green signal for cabinets census in the election state. The applause of the participants soon laughed because of an error by the head of the Janata Dal (United) – “Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee … Forgive, what he did first … what the Premier Narendra Modi do for you, he must stand and clap for what you do for you”. During a rally in the Rohtas district Friday, Mr. Kumar describes the cabinets -based census a ‘historical step’ and a long -standing claim he supported. He thanked Premier Modi for his ‘unwavering’ support in Bihar’s Vikas Yatra and urged the collected crowd to stand in a collective gratitude to Premier Modi and lift his hands. The Chief Minister also used the opportunity to emphasize the changes in Bihar since 2005 with reference to infrastructure, health, education and improvement in management. He said: “The pace of development in Bihar has strengthened since Narendra Modi became prime minister in 2014.” He introduced the state as a model of development under the NDA regime. The program was part of Premier Modi’s two -day visit to Bihar, in which development projects worth more than Rs 48,500 crore were launched and inaugurated. During the rally, PM Modi announced the inauguration and foundation stone of important development projects in areas such as infrastructure, transport, agriculture, aviation and food processing.
