Supreme Court has issued the Supreme Court

Judicial officers were again widely transferred to Uttar Pradesh. At the command of the Allahabad High Court, 961 judges were transferred simultaneously. Judicial officers include 361 additional district and sitting judge, 300 civil judge senior category and 300 civil judge junior category. Registrar -General of the Allahabad High Court, Rajiv Bharti, issued his notice late at the evening of April 8. This transfer was made by order of the chief justice of the Supreme Court. By order of Chief Justice of the High Court in Allahabad, Arun Bhashali, it was extensively transferred to the judges. The transfer list contains judicial officers of each district of the state. Earlier, about 582 judicial officers were transferred on March 30. Last month, the Supreme Court also transferred it. Earlier, 582 judicial officers were transferred by the Allahabad High Court. The transferred officers include additional judge of the district and session, civil judge (senior section) and civil judge (junior section). The maximum transfer was done in Kanpur, where 13 judges were re -appointed. In addition, 11 Aligarh and 5 judges were also transferred. Share this story -tags
