Jakarta – The Pemkot City Government (Semarang) seeks to build transparent, accountable and integrity management. One is by signing a cooperation agreement with the Semarang City prosecutor’s office. Semarang Mayor Agustina expressed his appreciation for the synergy that has long been founded at the attorney -general’s office. According to him, it has been proven that the legal aid, especially in the civil and state administration sector, has great benefits for the management of the government. “This collaboration is not new, but is a form of expansion of the synergy that has been established for some time. We feel many benefits from the assistance provided by the Semarang City prosecutor’s office, especially in terms of civil and state administration,” Agustina said in a written statement on Monday (8/25/2025). Meanwhile, the head of the Civil and Administration Division of the Semarang City prosecutor’s office, Tandyo Sugondo, emphasized that this agreement was a follow -up to various legal aid that entered into. “It is indeed only the signing of the agreement, but later the implementation in the field deals many activities of the OPD-OPD that ask for legal aid, legal considerations, and so on,” he said. According to him, several organizations for regional equipment (OPD) felt the benefits of help, including Bapenda in tax matters and the health office related to the construction of two puskesmas. “We do the mentorship of these puskesmas from the beginning, from the Zero MC. Thank God until this August our legal aid reached 74%. The target is almost 100%,” he said. Tandyo argued, the office of the Semarang City prosecutor still provides thorough legal aid to 2026.
