4 era of Hinduism and their features
In Dharm -Hinduism, time is seen in the form of cycle (circular), called chaturyuga. It is divided into 4 ages – Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dwapar Yuga and Kali Yuga. These four ages have their own symptoms, expensive and properties. Let’s know about it. 1. Sat Yuga (Krita Yuga) Period: About 17,28,000 years. This is the first and purest era. This is called the ‘era of truth’. Symptoms: Religion is based on its four paid, truth, kindness and celibacy. People are longevity, religious and true. There is no war, sickness or sin. 2. Treta Yuga period: approximately 12,96,000 years. This is the second era in which religion rests on three legs. Symptoms: People get slightly irrelevant, but still follow religion. Lord Rama, like the incarnation of God, descends in this era. Yajna, fine and Vedas are followed. 3.. Dwapara Yuga period: about 8,64,000 years. This is the third era in which religion stands on two legs. Symptoms: Injustice is increasing, wars and conflicts begin. Ethics begins to decline. The incarnation of Lord Krishna took place in this era. The war in Mahabharata took place in this era. 4. Kali Yuga Period: About 4,32,000 years (currently about 5000 years has passed). It is the present and the last era, called the ‘era of sin’. Symptoms: Religion is based only on one Pai. There is an outbreak of injustice, greed, lies, violence and ignorance.
