Benkulu – A man named Feri, 40, died after being killed by his girlfriend’s father. The offender performed the sting because he did not approve the romantic relationship of his son with the victim. The incident occurred on Tuesday (7/10) in Air Meles Atas Village, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. The victim initially came to the home of his girlfriend, Helen, 38. “The victim Feri went out with the son of the perpetrator, when he went to (the perpetrator’s house) home, there was an oral argument until the victim was stabbed by the father of his girlfriend (Helen’s father),” said Thursday (9/10/2025), head of public relations for the Rejang Lebong police, AKP Simanjuntak. The offender then took out a sharp weapon and immediately stuck the victim into the chest. From the investigation into the crime scene, the police found signs of violence on the body of the victim in the form of stab wounds to the chest. Police explained that the perpetrator once stabbed the victim in the chest. The body of the victim was found about 50 meters from the perpetrator’s home. “The relationship between the victim and Helen was that of a couple.
