Agus emphasized that the Ministry of Social Affairs has a structured and social approach -based rehabilitation system, not a militaristic approach. “The center is not just a shelter, but a repair and coaching spot. So we have our own way of solving the problem,” he said. Agus also added that as long as the family or the authorities presented problematic children to the Ministry of Social Affairs, the institution was ready to carry out full rehabilitation roles and responsibilities.
