In the famous Ram Bihari Choubey murder case of Varanasi, the Allahabad High Court issued a notice to Bahubali Mla Sushil Singh. Notice was issued during a monitoring request against the MLA. The case is from the Chaubepur police station of Varanasi. The Court of Justice Dinesh Pathak hears the case. The next hearing on the petition will be held on August 21. Advocate Upendra Upadhyay told the Supreme Court that Amarnath Choubey’s father, Ram Bihari Choubey, was shot dead on December 4, 2015. The brother of the requester Abhay Nath Choubey has filed a Spar with the Chaubepur police station in Varanasi. Police have arrested three accused Nagendra alias Raju, Ajay Singh alias Ajay Maradah and Sunny Singh in this case. It was also argued that Nagendra alias Raju said in his statement that he was killed at the request of Ajay Singh. Ajay Singh was constantly in contact with the local Mla Sushil Singh, and police also started an investigation against Mla Sushil Singh, but police did not investigate properly because of his political relations and related to the ruling party. After hearing the arguments of both parties, the court issued a notice to the MLA about the monitoring application demanding to summon him as a accused. Share this story -tags
