Vijendra Kumar, resident of Baran Colony, Kunj Bihar, Baran district Rajasthan, filed a complaint. Mohammad Dawood said he lost Rs 1.70 Lakh, while Dr. Vijendra lost Rs 1.90 Lakh in the name of investment. Dr. Vijendra said that in October 2023, when he worked as a doctor in the Sambhal City Hospital, a seminar was arranged by the FLC Company in Rajmahal Resort, Sambhal. In it, Javed Habib, his son Anoush Habib and Associous Saiful claimed from the stage that FLC company was working at international level and investors would get up to 70 percent profit. But after the investment, the amount was not returned and the promise was fulfilled. The complainants said that when they claim money, people related to the company try to threaten and evade them. Police have given all the cases associated with the FLC company to the accused to appear before the investigator on October 12 and submit their views and evidence.
