November 2025 Without collective leave, note the long holiday at the end of the year!

Jakarta – Public holidays in certain months are related to an anniversary. Collective leave usually falls before or after national religious holidays. Based on the 3 Ministerial Decision regarding National Holidays and Shared Leave 2025, November 2025 will not have shared leave. Until the end of the year there will again be a joint leave in December 2025, namely on 26 December 2025. Page TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Provisions for joint leave for Civil Servants and Private Employees With reference to the Minister of Manpower’s Circular Number M/6/HK.04/XII’ Circular Minister Number (Circular Minister Circular Number M/6/HK.04/XII/202 M/3/HK.04/IV/2022), employees’ annual leave allowance is reduced if they are on holiday together with holiday. However, if they come to work while on collective leave, the annual leave allowance is not reduced. B. Implementation of Collective Leave 3. Workers/labourers who take leave on collective leave days, the right to leave they take reduces the right to annual leave of the worker/labourer concerned. 4. Workers/labourers who work on collective leave days, their annual leave rights are not reduced and they are paid wages as on normal working days. For ASN/PNS, joint leave does not reduce the annual leave allowance. This is regulated in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2025 on Joint Leave for Civil Service Employees in 2025. “Joint leave as referred to in the FIRST dictum does not reduce the annual leave rights of Civil Service employees.” reads the second point of Presidential Decree number 2 of 2025. “Civil service employees who, because of their position, are not given the right to collective leave, their annual leave rights will be increased according to the amount of collective leave that is not granted.” this is the third point of the Presidential Decree. ASN/PNS stays on vacation during collective leave as per government regulations. Joint ASN/PNS leave does not reduce the annual leave allowance.
